Cesar sets out to bring peace to a supposedly "dog friendly" apartment complex where the dogs are anything but neighborly. Also, Cesar meets two Chihuahuas and a Jack Russell Terrier that seem to want to fight to the death. Will Cesar be able to pacify this unruly mob?
