Bobby and his Texan girlfriend are talking about the fine art of barbeque. After stoking the smoker and blending the spices for the beef, they whip up some tasty "sides" to compliment their slow-cooking brisket. To top off the tasty meal, Bobby grills some juicy peaches.
Viva Argentina
In the true spirit of Argentina everything is grilled, which is right up Bobby's alley! Using the robust flavors of pepper, garlic, shallots and fresh herbs, Bobby creates a traditional Argentinean marinade called Chimichurri served over seasoned steaks. Add some tasty potato salad and grilled quail and you have a wonderful South American feast.
